By subscribing to or using the services provided by Savon Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

## Services

Savon PR provides AI-powered public relations services including journalist matchmaking, press release writing, media outreach, and coverage tracking. Paid plans include a 30-day guaranteed coverage promise.

## Guaranteed Coverage

If Savon PR is unable to secure at least one confirmed press coverage within 30 days of campaign launch on a paid plan, the client is entitled to a full refund or account credit.

## Payments

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Annual plans are discounted 20%
- Cryptocurrency payments via Atlos receive a 5% discount
- Payments are processed via Stripe

## Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## Intellectual Property

All content produced by Savon PR on your behalf becomes your property upon delivery. The Savon PR platform, branding, and technology remain the intellectual property of Savon Services LLC.

## Limitation of Liability

Savon Services LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable subscription period.
